Auditor/Company Secretary Req'd Section 25 Company

I'm in search of Auditor or Company Secretary who can assist us in post-incorporation formalities for a Section 25 company limited by Guarantee (only 2 promoters) for the following things:

(i) Approval formality to give Salary to the Whole time managing director.
(ii) Income Tax registeration (PAN/TAN etc)
(iii) Income Tax exemption as applicable to Section 25 companies
(iv) Other legal formalities required to commence the operations
