Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the requirement for an auditor certificate when filing DPT 3. It confirms that an auditor certificate is mandatory if a company takes loans from shareholders, as these are considered deposits from members. However, if the shareholder is also a director, the loan should be disclosed as a loan from a director and relative, in which case a certificate is not needed.

Yes it's required and mandatory part
Auditor certificate is compulsory when company take loan from share holder.
In your case loan( liability) current account of share holder consider as deposit from member and auditor certificate required.
if your share holder is also director, then shows such loan as loan from director and relative, no certificate required.
