You will going to need 

  • Id and Address Proof of the authorized person.
  • Pan card
  • Factory License.
  • Trade License.
  • Proof of registration of the Unit.
  • <a target='_blank' rel='nofollow' href="https://rajanmodi.com/2018/07/03/5-reasons-why-you-should-go-for-internal-auditing/">CA<a> Letter for total project cost.
  • Site Plan Layout.
  • FSSAI Certificate for food businesses
  • Electricity bill and Utility Bill.
  • Compliance report of NOC.
  • Completion Certificate of Effluent Treatment Plant or Add-on Pollution Control.
  • Satellite imagery of the project/industry site.

Documents Verified by CA for Pollution Control Board (PCB) Certificate:

  1. PAN card & Incorporation/Registration documents

  2. Audited financials & fixed asset details

  3. Capital investment proof (invoices for land/building/machinery)

  4. Site address proof (ownership/lease deed)

  5. Utility bills (electricity/water)

  6. MSME/Udyam certificate (if applicable)

  7. Previous PCB approvals (if any)
