Auditor appointment (adt-1 form)

No a company doesn't need to file ADT-1 every year.

It need to file only when first time an auditor is appointed for a period of 5 year or 10 year.

And also every year, member ratify the appointment not appoint once again.

Further, in form there is option for number of years auditor appointed.

So, in considering above i guess there is no requirement to file every year.

I asked the same from a CS.

and i guess above reasons are truely justified for not filing every year.

so according to your cs also adt -1 should not be filled every year

Even to those companies to which Rotation of Auditors is not applicable?
