yes it was filed as an attachment

procedure would be like this- 

first file adt1 for the auditors whose re-apppointment has been made in the agm and ask that auditor give resignation and file adt3, appoint another auditor to file the casual vacancy.

whether the new appointment will be made under section 140(1)

appointment of another auditor has to be made under sec 139(8).

But since thae date of agm is 30.09.2014 you havre to first go for condonation of delay for adt1 since 285 days has already elapsed.
