TAX AUDIT CONDUCTED UNDER SECTION 44AD SHOULD BE FILLED ELECTRONICALLY OR NOT BECAUSE ONLY 45 AUDIT ASSIGNMENTS CAN BE UPLOADED ON CBDT WEBSITE & AUDIT U/S 44AD IS NOT COUNTED IN CEILING AUDIT LIMIT.

I also have the same Question...
Tax Audit conducted U/s 44AD must be filled online as the Section 44AD again refers to Audit U/s 44AB...
However you are correct... Audits U/s 44AD are not included in ceiling limit of 45 Audits... But CBDT has no solution for it till yet...
Hope ICAI forwards this matter to CBDT & find a solution as soon as possible...
