Audit under sec 619(4)

Hi,

Can any forum member help me out In the matter relating to form 23AC. While I am filling form 23AC for a government compmany, serial no. 11 i.e. option concerned with CAG supplement audit under sec. 619(4), is not accessible. (There are Yes / No options). In fact, CAG has conducted his supplement audit and given his comments as required under the law.
