Is it compuisory to take NOC from previous auditior in case of housing co.op.society audit?
what about the fees??

Co-operative socety is exempted under Sec. 224(1B) to audit.
so no question arise for Previous auditor.
but as per the professional ethics u are required to take written NOC from the previous auditors.
as per ICAI pronouncements audit fees can not be reduced.
