YOUR QUESTION IS VERY CLEAR...................YES WE NEED TO MENTION THE FACT THAT THE COMPANY HAS NOT YET STARTED PRODUCTION IN THE AUDIT REPORT..

can u tell where is the requirement to mention this fact in the audit report - companies act, caro, etc.

can u tell where is the requirement to mention this fact in the audit report - companies act, caro, etc.

What i thought was like it was enough if the fact is mentioned in the Notes of accounts and was not required in the audit report
