Whether we can can upload tax audit report in old format??
If yes, do we need to update it later as currently it is not asking for GSt number and other changes

Yes till 20 August you can upload it in PR13 version.
GST no. needs to be specified under other indirect tax registration no.
changes in 3cd extendes by cbdt
only 2 clauses are extended by cbdt. Rest all are applicable.
