If there is a excess/ deficit in income and expenditure account, mention it in audit report as:-
“In case of the Income and Expenditure account, of the excess/Deficit of its accounting year ending on 31/03/2015. The prescribed particulars are annexed hereto”.
If the income equal to the expenditure, what to be mention?
This is very hypothetical case but still if it happens mention it as nil.
