Audit program of manufacturing unit of a listed company

some important points are

1st check cerificate issued under clause 49 by company to SEBI.

2nd verify the company has follow corporate governance or not.

3rd internal auditor should issue returns with dividend to SEBI.

4th during the year company has made allotmnet of shares, if yes then it is in cash or not.

5th statutory audit report will consider director report.
