how I can reconsile esi,pf and payroll during audit at client place from given salary sheet.

Check rate applied for esi and pf by client. verify whether the same is deposited on or before the due date. If not pf is not deposited within the due date specified in epf act, it is disallowed in income tax.(can be allowed if judgement AIMIL, Delhi court).

Also obtain list of new joinees and employees left during the FY and check agreements/appointment letter, for employees left check Calculation of Full and Final settlement done and whether payment made by the company to the employee (s), if not, enquire reasons for the same.
