Audit of records by service tax department

Yes an Order should be issued, but the time limit for the same 12 months and in recent budget it was increased to 14 months

 Yes.. Firstly, an audit note covering the audit points will be issued. It will be followed by a Show Cause Notice in case there is any demand raised in the audit note.

May I enquire under which provision of Finance Act or service tax law is it specified that an Order will be issued after completion of audit, please.
