One has to appear and pass Government Diploma in Co-operative Accountancy i. e., GDCA to enroll / register as Auditor for Co-operative Socities.  These examination is conducted every year in April - May.

Merely passing GDCA exam is not enough for Auditing Co-operative Societies. After passing you have to gain min 3 yrs experience in the co-op field ( especially credit soc or co-op banks ) and then only one will be allowed to apply for the empanelment of Auditors ( forms available at deputy registrar offices for limited  and specific period ). Once appllied all the documents are verified and the candidates name is added to the panel auditors list. You can verify the list with the co-op dept. You can view GDCA results at www.mahresult.nic.in

After GDCA exam what is the procedure to enroll for a registrar audit panel? And how many years of experience is required and on which field? i.e. cooperative field or any accounting of pvt. co. or which CA - CA or CA with GDCA cerificate?

Please help me out. I am very much confused?
