You must be knowing that for auditing co-op soc, professional should be listed in their panel of auditors.

If GDC&A got the appointment and he did an Audit, then he will sign. On the similar ground, if CA did Audit, then he will sign.

In short, Auditor (either CA or GDC&A), will sign the report.
