Yes... Income Tax Audit due date is 30th September 2018 for AY 18-19...

In case the Company is not under Income Tax Audit then will be file on or before 31st July 2018...

Due date for non- audit case is Jul 31. and for Audit case is 30th September..

@ Raja P M sir and @ Vinod Babu Sir can u both or any one of you refer a section in which it is written that in case of company date for filing ROI id 31st July in case of non audit... kindly specify in case of company as in sec 139(1) what I read and understand is that in case of company due date is 30.09 whether tax audit or non tax audit
