Dear Sir,

Whether we can claim Audit Fees Input Tax.

Yes you can claim itc on audit fees if gstin is mentioned on bill

Yes you can claim ITC on Audit Fees provided that all the FOUR Conditions as laid down U/s 16(2) of the CGST Act 2017 has been satisfied.
