A Pvt. Ltd. Co. registered on 28.09.2012 and appointed first Statutory Auditor on 01.10.2012 in board meeting, intimation given to the auditor but not yet submitted Form23B. Now the question is 1) is it necessary to submit 23B? If the answer is yes then 2) how to submit, as the form has changed in 2013 act to ADT-1, which is applicable only for the present days.
In the verification portion of ADT-1 there is "I am authorised by the Board of Directors of the Company vide resolution no…………. dated…………… to sign this form and declare that all the requirements of Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) and the rules made thereunder". So how it will be applicable in my case?.
