Hi. I want to know whether attestation of IPCC form can be done by a CA who is an employee and hence does not have office seal or is the office seal necessary.
Im filling the form online and it says clearly
"Name & Signature of the Member / Gazetted Officer with Membership NO. & Office seal".
Please advice me.

NO. CA should be a practicing Chartered Accountant with official seal.
