Dear members,
One company A , a firm of CS and a firm of CA joints hands and formed a LLP say ABC, LLP.
The partners of LLp are director of co. A, One CS of CS firm and one CA of CA firm.
Now this LLP involved in the business of providing various consultancy services in different fields across the India
LLP have a big client, of which the various papers are required to be attested either by CA or CS.
My query is can CA or CS who are the partners in LLP attest the documents on behalf of that LLP?
In my opinion the cant make attestation on behalf of LLP but I am not getting any section or provision where it is written about this provision.
Can anybody let me know the provisions and sections regarding this?
