This circular is aimed to deter those students from joing ICWAI who are simultaneously pursuing. High amount of students who are doing CMA are simultaneously pursuing CA.

Students and Industrialist have been complaining to the institute about the quality of students graduating from ICWAI. A CA student cannot do two trainings together and thus makes him ineligible to do ICWAI simultaneously.

I am quite sure that this circular would create a problem for institute as they would have to deal with dumy articles then. The standard will only fall. However, I am quite sure that institute will not withdraw the circular as they have every right to take such a decision when ICAI have similar restrictions. This will make duration of completion of ICWAI longer and create headache for students who are capable of successfully completing both courses together. But for students who are doing this course alone, they will not have any problems except those faced by CA students.

If someone can clear my doubts I will be quite thankful.

1)How can you choose dissertation topic.And whose signature do you need to get.

2)Is training not compulsory before attending finals currently.

3)What type of institutions can impart required training.

    >I was offered to teach at a local university who has license to conduct oral classes. Will teaching at that place is acceptable as training.Because I cannot leave the town as I have responsibilites that I cannot avoid.

4)Suppose I decide to clear finals first and then do training, within what timeframe I would be required to complete such training or is their any restriction? My basic intention being that I can complete it after 2 years when I would be going for a job.

5)Working for a saw mill or a car showroom are two other options.

still only to discourage ICAI students is not a good sign by the INSTITUTE dey should be harmonious n constructive instead of so much destructive minds and it will create problem for those also who are pursuing ICWAI only bcoz in country there are not enough COP CMA's and regd. Co's with ICWAI to impart training , so dis will gonna create problem 4 sure like AN AXE ON OWN'S FEET by ICWAI.

2. yes, only from dec 2012 please read carefully the circular mentioned in the link ( in previous post )

Hey RAVI wat I mean 2 say dat it will result in harrasment of students by CMA's n Co's like in ICAI - long durations during the day n wat in the name of stipend ?

And yeah actually everyone knows that articles are cheap labour. So its going to go the CA articles way. But will also uplift quality of pass outs. But its definitely going to be harder for CA students to do ICWAI then.

can ca students get exemption for this..because article ship training is also covers all the above conditions .of practical training .

Dear Sir,

Currently, I am Pursuing my MBA first semester from KS School of Business Managment. Ihad already cleared my icwai inter in june 2011,now i dnt want to go for final year in next june exam.Hence i m planning to go for final exam in june 2013.

Can i opt for the Final  exam without training and let me tell you that i m not planning to take a training at all. i just want to have my icwai clear and after that i m planning to apply for job on MBA base.

If i registred my self  and make an attempt before dec.2012 and get failed then can i opt for the final without training.

In short how can i opt for icwai final year without training.i just want a marksheet not a passing certificate...

Note;
If you are opting for the icwai exam in 2008 under 2002 exam then you have to not appear for the training and how can ICWAI can make the amendment in training to 2008 students.THERE SHOULD BE SYALLBUS LIKE  ICWAI 2012 AND ICWAI 2008, LIKE THEY DID IN PAST. IF NO,
THEN WHY DID THEY START NEW SYLLABUS 2008 THEY CAN MAKE THE CHANGE IN 2002 ONLY.

I want to add few more lines

1. Recently semester system has been implemented in Graduation.It is applicable to first year students only, where as other students (currenlty pursuing) second or third year are under old scheme.

2. There is icwai 2002 syallbus and icwai 2008 syallus and both are3 differ.So amendment make the change in the syallbus to new students only

3. It is Clearly mention in circular that  "Registerd student for the pratical training"

4.Even rule for MCA was made for newly registred students

5.Amenmend change everytrhing then  HOW CAN THEY CHANGE TRAIING
