Does any one know that Amendments made by Finance Act 2010 which are applicable from retrospective effect is applicable to us???
Institute had clarified for Finance Act, 2009 that those amendments which are applicable for A.Y. 2010-11 are only applicable to us.
I have doubt only for those amendments which are retrospectively applicable means it comes in budget 2010 but applicable for A.Y.2010-11.
For Ex: 1. Amendments made u/s 40(a)(ii), 56(ii)
