You will be completing your articleship in March 2021.

A CA final student can give an attempt of exams after completing two and half years of his articleship training i.e before six months of completion of articleship.

In your case You joined in March 2018 and will be completing your two and half year training by August 2020. 

Therefore, you can give your final attempt in November 2020.
