Dear,

My CA final is due in May'2014, however i am not prepared to sit for the exam in May and I would be appearing in Nov'2014. Could anyone please let me know if my attempt would be counted as 1 or 2 in this case.

Please note I am not even registering myself for May'2014.

Absolutely Your attempt will b counted whether you give exams or not once you are eligible for exams....

but in reality except for some companies it doesnt matter how much attempt you give

I dont think it will be counted since you have not filled examination form

Interview lene wale well aware hote h about detail of CA course They know the time difference between ipcc and final..... They will ask you everything there....attempt count refers that time

Attempt is counted once you have filled exam form.

Agree with Ankit that companies are well aware. But if you successfully complete your course within 4/3.5yrs ,then it won't matter.

DEAR SIR, I have cleared CA FINAL GROUP 2 Exams in NOV 2014 in 1st Attempt with 215 marks, i appeared for single group in NOV 2014. Having regard to my Group 1 preprations and Articleship which wil end on 30th april im in no Position to appear for GROUP 1 exams in MAy 2015, So i hav not filled Exam Form for the same till now.

Plz Suggest me if i appear In Nov 2015 exam and clear it in ONE GO, how many attempts i wil be callled for clearing CA FINALS? PLZ SUGGEST ME ASAP >>>>

Chartered Club - CA (Chartered Accountant) ,CS , CWA , CFA , CPA , CIMA etc

Attempt is only counted if you fill the exam form.... If you dont fill the exam form - it is not counted as an attempt...
