one of my friend has joined his articleship as on 1/12/11. he wants to know when will he be eligible to appear in final examination. could you plz help me out abt the same??

articleship duration is how much? isnt 3 years? and before 6 month we can attempt for exam? please clarify ashish ji........................ me also confused
@ Swamitra: Students joined through IPCC route have articleship period of 3years and it is true only in last 6months of their articleship, they are eligible to write Finals as per extant provisions.
Final exam attempt to be Nov 2014 only, coz before six months of articleship period of 3 years, 3 years t be completed i 1/12/2014, so exam attempt due to be Nov 2014 only

As per the curent provision his articleship will end on 30 nov 2014and six months prior to that is 1st june 2014 so his attempt will be NOV 2014 only due to late registration of articleship
