Dear Members,

Please guide:

1. DIR-4, INC-8, INC-9, INC-10 to be submitted on the stamp paper

2. Whether the above documents are to be notarized? The rules only say for INC-10 to be notarized or verified by the banker

3. INC-10 to be made separate for each subscriber?

4. As per Form INC-7 - help :

" It is mandatory to attach Specimen Signature in Form INC-10 in case company is 'Not having share capital' "

but the Incorporation rules [ (16(1)(q) ] do not specify the same. Whether INC-10 is to be submitted by all companies as optional attachment in form INC-7

Sir,

INC.8 is declaration by the professional who is engaged in formation of Company and by a person named in the articles as a director, manager or secretary of the company, hence it need not to be submitted on the Stamp paper also INC.10 need not to be submitted on Stamp paper but it should be notarised or verified by Banker. In case of INC.9 is an Affidavit from each of the subscribers to the memorandum and from persons named as the first directors in the articles hence it should be submitted on the Stamp paper. And DIR-4, which is Verification of applicant for application for DIN, should be in the form of Affidavit.

INC.10 shall be made separately for each subscriber. and it is mandatory to all Companies. Its not an optional attachment.

Hi,

My query is do we require to print DIR-7 on and 100 Rs. stamp paper as an affidavit and with photo too for change in particulars of DIN already applyed???
