What is the procedure for getting ATC certificate?
And after getting it, we continue articleship and Final?

you can follow ICAI guidelines and u carry on articleship and CA Final. It just a certificate giving u on payment of fees and after clearing Group I of IPCC and 1 year of Articleship.

That fees paid to the ICAI,,, I think your query resolved...

Download and read it carefully about ATC.........if you w'd like to go for ATC+ Articleship then it will be for 04 years.........01 year for ATC and 03 Years for Articleship.......you may choose both way for final but ATC is separate from Artileship....you may get ATC only with IPCC Group-I and you will not qualify for final without articleship and both IPCC Group..........if wants to became a full flag CA then no need of ATC otherwise you may get ATC but will not sign anything as CA without Articleship and Final...........
