ATC & its Usage

ATC dont have any statutory recognition like CA.  Moreover its a new concept hence its too early to predict its usefulness.  I think its usefulness in career will depend on situation i.e. if your resume containing ATC is compared with a simple graduate then you may have a slight advantage.  And if its compared with M.Com then at the most it can be treated at par with it at present.

However a knowledge gained is never waste, so if you have time and resources to try it, you can go for it.  One advantage will be that you will have an association with ICAI in your resume.
