Can any body help me how to get Accounting Technician Certificate after completion of articles (PE-2) based . Some body told me that u can apply online through ICAI website but there i could find only the form ( offline) should I download the same and send it to Insitute or what Pls Suggest

i have cleared my pcc in november 2009.I am not sure about atc certificate.should i apply for the same ?
