At wat time results

yr 9 pm is very late.

I thnk it will be at 9 pm..dey will hav2 to complete der formalities may be..UTTAM PRAKaSH na..1st tym in CA history..i suppose..result  at nite..

Ofcourse ICAI doesnt forward the results to the NIC at the last hour, for them to upload ....Formalities hv certainly been dealt with quite a few days ago...It cud be bcoz of a technical snag...god knows...

If it is a technical snag then why change the announcement timing to 9.00pm?
