I have purchased MS software from my vendor their is what under an account? expenses or assets?

If it's newly purchased software then It is under fixed asset...
In case it's renewal or subscripttion or annual maintenance charges then it will be book expenditure...

Assets.
as per Schedule III
if your pvt or public ltd.company.
it's a capital expenditure.
