one person have company of hotel business which take on lease from other company now leasee purchase one ac and install in premises in hotel room so can he claim for depreciation on this ac or not

What is lease period contract?
If more than the life span of AC, then it will be allowed.
3 years lease but ac purchase by lessee for install in premises and claim gst input also
