case in scrutiny for ay 2016-17. sent a notice u/s142(1) along with query letter. assessee filed a return in response of the above notice. canassessee file return as he already filed his return of income for the said ay and the return is selected for scrutiny

no u cannot file d return against scruitny notice.. u will have to comply with notice
