Discussion on the whether CA fees can be claimed u/s 80C is here /forum/ca-course-fees-eligible-for-80c-74983.asp

And if you have made other contributions allowable as deduction u/s 80C then you can very well claim it.

whether u had disclosed those investments in ur statement of total income filed? if yes .. and if u had filed the necessary back papers at that time .. then the same can be considered by the AO....

i haven't disclosed it in  my return and now since assessing offficer is not allowing  me for the above deduction. can i now claim the deduction which was previously not shown by me in the computation.

guess u can file a revised return again disclosing the investment wht u had not previosuly disclosed.(Assessing officer should be taken into confidence)

BUT I HAVE NOT FILED A REVISED RETURN.THIS CASE COMES INTO LIGHT WHEN THE AO OPENS MY CASE FOR ASSESSMENT.THEN WHAT TO DO?

which assessment year it is related to and when have u filed the return?
