The building which is in the property of the firm is let out,but the tds returns are erroneously filed in the name of the partner. The tenant has filed the tds by mentioning the partner as the assessee instead of the firm? What is the action to be taken,so that the TDS can be claimed for the firm?? Kindly suggest....
