Assesment order -Verry argent

I have receive assesment order from Bangalore towards my Banglore office ,He wants 24 Q & 26 Q However my head office situated in Mumbai .

Qs  In this case can i submit all 24 Q & 26 Q means related to mumbai ,Bangalore and Other branches or i will submit only Banglore office related 24Q & 26 Q.?

all returns should be submitted to the respective assessing officer of your company in there area only, therefore if IT jurisdictional area of your company is bangalore then you have to submit all return there only

its is true that assessing officer of bangalore has got jurisdiction over you. but please keep in mind that u/s 131 he has got the power to get /call for the information which tax officer feels are necessary for inspection.
