every single thing plays a part..

 

job getting is stictly on us..

the target should be - To put our best than in 90%  cases jobs will be ours..

but if we will TARGET for job..and change our nature..than we will commit mistakes..and the interview board is very highly experienced one..they will catch us..and reject us..REASON being:

THEY WANT US TO BE ASS NATURAL AS WE ARE..

if a person tries to modify himself suddenly..than he commits those mistakes WHICH  He will not have commited if  he WOULD Hv Dealt with the situation in normal way..

Hi,

Do not try to sale your self in an interview.. Try to depict the depth of the knowledge on any question asked..

Do not try to prove yourself greater than your would be boss..

Be confident & honest..

Do not lie & present tghings which you havent done or you know..

Do home work before going for an interview..

Before answering question try to find what is motive of interviewer..

Never make interviewer feel that you are needy for the job..

Finally how many believr or noy Your LUCK is also important so do not forget to take best wishesh & blessing of your loved one..

The problem with CA's is that they are educated but unemployable... They only read to clear exams but never study to gian knowledge...

 

they dont know the practicality of any section... and that is why most of them are jobless..

THE SITUATION IS REALLY DETIORATED. 

 

The main problem is that many people do not take articleship seriously.

This is the period during which we get opportunity to improve ourselves in every facet.

Communication skill is also one of the problem for CA students.

This is really a adverse situation for newly pass outs... Specially when they are at the peak of the happiness of getting the fruit of their hard work.. this break their confidence... But all we need to do is to have confidence in ourselves that everything takes time.. Our struggling time has started from here and we know that after few years we will b there where we want to be ....So just have patience and CONFIDENCE... And also Always keep Update yourself Build up your communication skills Think positive And Take Responsibility (FEEL STRONG) ....After all we have all the responsibility of our CA community. Society expects a lot from us. DO YOUR BEST GOOD LUCK:)

ADD CERTIFICATE Course to ur RESUMES like..

we all write in our RESUMES- xpert in XCEL, word etc etc..

now days there are courses which takes online xams and gives certificate in return..

and also they dont cost much

and secondly duration is also of 1-2 weeks..

d certificate should be off reputed institution..

 

like i m having 

certificate for MS- EXCEL ( advanced version) FROM --- NIIT  

Fees  was round abt 2000.

and NIIT is A reputed institute in d field of technology..

waiting for getting a plcement..do a CERTIFICATE COURSE..

will help..

 

 

 

there course like:

1. ERP

2. TALLY

3. ETC ETC..

 

becoz d reason wch i noticed for rejection of application is:  

" THE Selection Commitee HAS no LONGER FAITH in Us..Becoz out of 100 CHARTEREDS 80+ Are DUMMY students..

there practical xperience is nil"

and becoz of that the genuine suffers..& they have to prove the ability..

Many say that dummy articlehip is major reason for recent decrease in employabality of fresher CA......It may be right to an extent but not totally......wat i feel is that articleship only contributes about 30 % to the employability of a CA......wat more important is the conceptual understanding of subject and soft skills a person possess........this is purly my personal opinion......i am saying this wid my personal experience

It's sound good that our future member(students) are discussing reason of unemployment.

Giving Lots of reason like articleship,communication skills, some certificates,some other courses,resume updation....etc etc etc....

But for all your kind information, i want to tell about the situation..bec i m last year pass out CA so i think i know the situation better than our future CAs...i think fresher will agree with me and even students...

1.Unemployment/underemployment situation started from last year specially from may,11 attempt.

2.Main reason behind the worst sitation is no. of passouts candidate and bad market.

3.In last three campus placement of icai, around 2500 candidates recruited from 30,000 ca

4.Positon is very worst, fresher are working in ca firms @ 12-15 k(our senior members are taking undue advantage of the market situation)

5.I dont think articleship play major role in recruitment provided u did ur training from reputed ca firms

6.(articleship,communication skills, some certificates,some other courses,resume updation) yes all these will help u. but think all these reason why come in our mind because before two year every fresher ca get easily 5 lakhs, than why not at present time..the simple reason behind is..point 2.

7. Very most main problem is no. of openings in market:

eg.If a company need 5 ca and if the no. of options are available to them 5 or say 7,8..then co. will recruit from them there desire no.(this is till 2010 situation)

eg. if a co. need 3 ca and if the no. of option are available to them around 50 or say 70,80,...then company will recruit from them by judging additional degree, communicayion skills, personality etc.....(this is after 2010 situation)

Conclusion: In second situation by taking extra skills we member compete with each other...very important it doesnt result in increase in employability(in simple koi bhi select ho jaye, but chune tao 3 hi jayege baki tao unemloyment cond. mai hi rahege)

Above situation is very worst for us because now company are not recruiting only due to ca degree. which may be result in situation like engineer,mba...

Our institute should  take into cosideration the current situatin, and take proper initiatives for betterment of profession...even they can do like mba college. for atleast securing job to member.

koi baat nai....at least from next time they will listen (not just hear) and answer for the same instead of reflecting back the question in a different style...

some gave very vague answers......thodi detailing hoti toh zyada badhiya tha......koi baat nai.....ATB for the next time.

I AM THANKFUL ESPECIALLY TO THE CA WHO PROVIDED THEIR VIEWS......COS I WAS EXPECTING THE REPLIES FROM  QUALIFIED PERSON(S).......WHICH YOU ALL MUST HAVE SEEN IN MY POST.

MANY PEOPLE FINDS THE TOPIC TO BE A CHATTING STUFF......I M SORRY BUT IT IS THE TRUTH......I HAVE OBSERVED MANY QUERIES WHERE THE ONE WHO REPLIES DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THE OTHER PERSON HAS ASKED FOR.....BANDA APNE HI SUR LAGANE LAGTA HAI.

The loudness regarding unemployment for C.A.'s boosting all around and the fact also strengthened as only app.5.5% candidate registered in Campus Aug-Sep 2012 got the job.

Let me brief my experience

After clearing the CA exam my attempt was also to have good job. Although I was teaching and earning good but still getting a job and be secured with participation in Industry gives you the real meaning of Practical Professional Expo. So I registered myself as Campus ( And stand straight in the queue for my number)

In last attempt my friend got the job in Infosys from Ahmedabad. At that time Ahmedabad was small center but still so many companies were there to recruit fresh Chartereds.

On the basis of trend I opted Ahmedabad (which is among big centers this time) and thought i will make my space in Industry.

But i was shocked to found later on that only two companies were coming to recruit and one of them not participated at last moment. Looking at the scenario the only company which was recruiting us scale down salary by 50000 bucks...ha ha ha...

The company planning to recruit 30 Chartereds, selected only 8 among app. 780 candidates registered in Ahmedabad. And I was lucky enough to be part of them.

What is really required...

 Good educational background, Articleship from big city and most important Communication and Presentation Skills...

What can be done now for those who are unemployed...

Prepare for PSU and Govt. jobs. And for that prepare for aptitude test along with G.K. And till the time you find the right job engage with any practice firm...Its good to work rather than sitting IDLE.
