Ask about registration

hello friends ,

      i m registered for both the groups of ipcc . and cleared in 1st group n joined articleship,my articleship is of 10 months now and @ that time i m not know about ATC course so now i want to registered for ATC . can i able to register 4 it with fees 0f Rs.1000....now   and get certificate for it ... please reply karna....
