@ KRITIKA.......sections yaad krne ka sbse easy way hai...DISCUSSIONS...the more u wil do discussion the more easily u can remember them....so do regular discussions wd ur frends abt sections.....

aur rahi law k exam pattern ki baat jesa k mene pichli post me b btaya tha k sbse pele ethics and communication tayar kro..........refer to that post......ICAI ka koi set pattern nai hai is baar ethics communication combined aaya tha internal choice b thi bt unone choice ko bda sai way se use kia tha so kuch b chor k jana thik nai hai pele ethics and communication tayar kr lo uske baad fr aage tayar krna.........

In simple language we can say that Responsibility towards society as corporate person.

See you are a human being and as a human being it’s your responsibility to help poor peoples, give donations and charities to social organisations, save water, save energy and lots of more thing which you think that is important for your own satisfaction as well as for improvement of your goodwill in society.

This is the reason whether by own will or by obligation by act, company generally involve in such type of social activities like Energy Conservation, Protection of rain forests, Pollution control etc etc. it may be of any types whether external to the corporation or issues within the firm.
