hi kritika...u need to understand the concepts of the act...it cannot be mugged up...on a daily basis u must study law and if u dont understand a concept then get back to us...Develop interest in it and start reading and understanding it and not mugging it up..soon u will be in love with law...

@ kritika...this was also my problm wen i was unable to crack marks in law...baut koshishon k baad jb muje kuch b smj nai aata tha tb mene ek concept lgaya aur usi tarike se law ka exam tayar kia...let me share that wd u...hope it wl work fr u too....

its ryt k law k exam me sb kuch learn kr pana baut dificlt hai specially sections...sbse pele ek achi book refer kro..i used Munish Bhanadari Handbook...n ithink its the BEST...koi b provision pdne se pele apne dimag me kuch baten bitha lo....socho k m CA hu aur mere pas ek client aata hai jo muje is provison k bare me puch ra hai muje usko solve krna hai ab pele ek general as newspaper read do ...fr dobara se pdo....chalo ek kaam kro ek baar aur pdo...tumara khud  hi interest bn jaega..shuru shuru me ye dificlt lgta hai bt trust me mene ye policy apply ki thi and result positive hi aaya pehle do din jb tum continuly esa kroge then fr tume iski aadat ho jaegi fr tume ye sb sochne ki jarurat b nai padegi....aur tum khud hi yahan isi forum me kisi ko advise kr rahi hogi...

ek baat aur dhyan me rakho law pdte waqt..aur vo ye hai k syllabs kitna b ho uski trf dyan na do jo b provision pdte ho use ache se smjho .....

ethics and communication pele tayar kro kyuki 40% to voi part hai law k exam ka....pele vo secure kro...uske baad negotiable act uske baad PF , gratuity, misc provisions, contract act aur end me company law...cmpany law me mainly meetings, share capital jarur pdo....

aur agr koi particular provision me prob ho to yaha post kro...

Not very imp. But it adds colour thats it. My advice is to remember atleast som imp sections for a better result...
