Whoa Whoa!!! We've only revised stuff there...it was not a situation that we were doing topics for the first time there....I'm not at all keen to get into a row with you...Thats your opinion I respect it...This is my opinion you better respect it too...I am obviously not some guru who can promise that everybody there will pass...To me it wasn't a waste of time as I could revise my topics pretty well...its about everybody's comfort zone...

And yea u need to tone down a bit and respect other members...U give some U get some...!!!

i m not writing anything in harsh or negative tone....i m just making a point that such things are foolishness.....if u all really revised the stuff neatly....good for you...!!

 

and dont teach me how to  respect coz i know better than you...get that??

@ dhaval.... yar tu tension mt le.... we will rock and let the people say they want to say.... we know wat we r doing ...aur yar hmne jo us group studies me revise kia hai vo shayad hi kisi ne esa kia ho... it was a wonderful and m missing that now....aur ek baat hmne CCI ka full use kia hai mera ni khyal k isse bdiya use koi CCI ka kr skta hai jesa hmne kia aur aage kr rhe hain.........everyone will get help from there not only acadamically but also sycologically too....even i am so much motivated by that work that i cant even define.........be cool bro....WE ROCK AND WILL CONTINUE.........

what does the meaning of employee not include as given in the definition of employee?

what is the difference between supperannuation and retirement?

what is meant by continous service (sec 2A)? explain in details

what are the dispute as to gratuity? explain

how to calculate amount of gratuity in case of peice rated employee?

what is gratuity under award, settlement or contract?

what is protection of gratuity?

what is validation of payment of gratuity?

Employee doesnt include as given in the defination " Any such person who holds apost under the central government or a state government and is governed by any other act or by any rules providing for payment of gratuity.

Continuous service- Section 2A:

Types:

1. Actual -->Uninterrupted

                --> Interrupted- treated as uninterrupted with permitted leave

2. Deemed-->1year *240days(othercases) * 190days(mine and <6days week)

                    --> 6 months * 120days (other cases) * 95 days (Mine and <6 days week)

                   --> Seasonal- 75% of days establishment worked.

 

Note:1. permitted leave:

- Sickness

- Accident

- Leave

- Abcense without leave not treated as break under standing orders or rules

- Lay-off

- Strike

- Lock-out

- Cessation of work not due to fault of employee.

2. No of working days include

lay-off permitted under Industriall disputes Act or Industrial Employment(Standing orders) Act

Leave with full wages

Absence due to temprary disabled caused by accident in the course of employment

Maternity leave subject to maximum of 12 weeks in case of female employees.

how to calculate amount of gratuity in case of peice rated employee?

Daily wages means average of the total wages (Excluding overtime wages) received for 3 months prior to termination.
