Supply of labour(just labour) to foreign builders will be covered under AS7 Construction contracts ?
Labour is supplied just for constuction of buildings or structures .

Supply of labour is Manpower Supply service....it is not at all Consrtuction contrarct...so AS-7 will not apply.
