Hello,
Are AS 30,31,32 are mandatory in nature?
at present ICAI AS or MCA IAS what are bein followed?

AS 31,31,32 are MENDATORY w.e.f. 1/4/11 for all except S&MEs

yes it is recommendatory in nature
