Hello, Are AS 30,31,32 are mandatory in nature? at present ICAI AS or MCA IAS what are bein followed? Thanks in advance

AS 31,31,32 are MENDATORY w.e.f. 1/4/11 for all except S&MEs

Thanks... Even i read same on the net... but see here: https://www.icai.org/post.html?post_id=8659.. Iis saying AS not mandatory as on 1st june 2012..
