Artileship registeration status

If their is any late on receving articleship registration certificate from institute , please contact from Institute.

I have applied for the registration of articleship and C.A final course in the month of oct 2011.yet i haven't received any registration letters,Identity card except Acknowledgement letter towards the payment of fees only .Is this letter amounts to registration of my c.a final course and articleship?20 days back i was contact to icai chennai(through phone) and send a mail to icai (e-sahayatha). They replied "you will receive your letters and identity card within 10 working days.Still now i haven't received .What shall i do Please suggest me ..........

I will suggest you to contact again to inctitute for the same, because they will send registration letter by post only.
