for a person who has qualified both groups of IPCC, whether it is good for him to join at this firm... Sridhar and Santhanam? How is the firm...? what level of exposure do we get..? and do they provide enough leave period also for studying for the final exams....?

Dont about other things, but the firm Sridhar & Santhanam is mid-size reputed firm. Exposure as I heard is good.
