i terminated articleship to prepare for pcc inter exams after completing 18 months of trainining however i failed in the exams and now i dont want to resume my articleship without passing inter(pcc) is there any trouble ahead 4 me plese advise....

No legal issues........... No tension with ICAI....
As of now no troubles but check it out.. the institute is going to make sure that an articled assistant is undergoing articles(whethr on exam leave or not) with a member as on date of exam...it is given in last month's newsletter
well there wont be any issue as of now. but it is advisable to cont. with your a'ship as of now as you will have a lessor period to undergo once you clear your finals. Ultimate decission is yours.
