hie every1.....i m working as an article in delhi since past 4 months.....now i want to do rest of my internship from jaipur....
can any1 tell me what would b da consequences.....i mean is it necessary to persue articleship from delhi if i have given my CPT from delhi.....can any1 enlight me with complete info......

You will have to apply for transfer to the institute in the prescribed form within 30 days of your transfer. Failure to which could hamper your articleship period.
fill form 109
it is not necessary to do articles in delhi only ,u can do any where in india.u have take termination from first employer in form- 108/109
and again register with new employer with 102 & 103 with in 30 days from joining in new firm.
