yes , two transfer should be allowed...

and increase in stipend is required....

If not two atleast one should be allowed...

Dear all,

I am a victim of not geting transfer in a geniune case.

I have suffered twice from jaundice and my health needs atmost care ,specially the food i take and the same requires me to be with my parents. I am doing my articles at chennai and i applied for transfer through the prescribed form 120 with all documents as requested by the institute and went back to home for atmost care in health and was planning to later join back to articles some where near home BUT BUT it was after 3 months that i got the reply that my request to terminate from my principal has not been accepted. Now I have to go back to chennai. My parents are upset.

I am helpless.I pray for the relaxation of transfer rule.

My proposal would be to make a restriction within 50 kms only and all other transfer from one city to another be without any restrictions.

My parents are at my native, so i cant applied based on parents transfer as my parents are ,were there are ,at my native. They have never worked or done business at chennai.

The students require transfer in Geniue case and which is not possible now or not possible within 50 KM.. Every time I log in I see topics on transers. Quite frankly I don't think they are going to relax the rule. All your pleading & requesting doesn't count.So please go easy on yourselves.

Lets focus on our studies and let these three tocherous years pass by.

ya transfer rule allow nahi hoga. Becuse our president don't want to do same.

Someone please tell me what if a CA terminates the artcles???? What options are left for an article? Please reply soon
