Articleship. transfer and final atempt

one of my friend registered fr articlship in april 2011 so her atempt falls due on novmbr 13. she is ipcc stdnt n can apear aftr 2.5 yr of training but while taking transfer thr is a gap.. n due to wich last 6 mnth criteria do nt comply.. n her atempt is now in may 13 is thr any provisions of appearing in last 12 mnth of article ship isn't she really nt eligible fr apearing
